Service Description

Things like play, recreation and rest are important acts of resistance to the attention economy and necessary to creative survival. This workshop will equip participants with strategies and techniques for mindfulness, unplugging, and refilling in ways that will nurture creativity and innovation.

 Participants will leave the workshop with:
 *Techniques and practices for embracing risk and failure
 *Tips for courting creativity in your everyday life
 *Techniques for individual and group alignment and wellness
 *List of resources to help you keep moving forward Additional $25 per person for groups larger than 10. Each workshop can be a stand-alone (one-hour workshop) or discounts are available for booking multiple sessions.
